LSR7 Early Education Application 2026-2027 (4-Year-Olds Only)

This form must be completed in order to be considered for early childhood programming in Lee's Summit for the 2026-2027 school year.

If your student is four years old by 7/31/26 and eligible for enrollment, you will need to provide a proof of age document and proof of residency documentation during our annual registration in July/August.

In this application, you will sign up for a free developmental screening for your child. You will choose the best date and time that works for your family. These screening results will determine the most appropriate program for your child.

After submitting this application and the completion of the developmental screening, you will be contacted by an Early Education staff member regarding next steps in the process.
